$110/per person (Minimum: November - April $600, May-October $800)
Whole fried or Grilled Fish
(Variety of fish will change based on seasonal availability)
Whole fish stuffed with fresh thyme lemon, garlic, and RI sea salt
Chilled Israeli couscous salad, seasonal vegetables extra virgin olive oil and shaved Pecorino
Grilled zucchini, summer squash and red onion tossed in sherry vinaigrette fresh cracked pepper, and extra virgin olive oil
Key lime Tart Graham cracker crust whipped cream, macerated blackberries
This service includes initial set up, all ingredients, cooking, serving, and clean up. If you choose to proceed our rate for this menu would be $110 per person with a $600 minimum. please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
